West Indies opt to bat in first ODI against Pakistan

GROS ISLET: West Indies captain Darren Sammy opted to bat first in the opening one-day international against Pakistan on Saturday.
Pakistan replaced left-arm spinner Abdur Rehman with uncapped all-rounder Hammad Azam in the only change from the side that lost the one-off Twenty20 international against the hosts.
West Indies, meanwhile, replaced pacer Ravi Rampaul with Kirk  Edwards.
